Every project is taken apart with the same seven questions, each borrowed from a standard analysis tool, so you can compare this one with any other on the board. The funnel numbers come from the daily snapshots, not from the creator.

What is exchanged
Value Proposition CanvasSmall software companies pay for a sticker on a laptop lid that will appear in photos and vlogs, plus a link on the page. The creator promises no impressions and no return; what he sells is a spot near the Apple logo and a story people already read about.
2
How the price forms
Pricing mechanism analysisA live auction with starting prices by size (125, 200 and 400 €), raises of at least 10 €, and a 20 percent deposit that is refunded when you are outbid. Bidders set the price: the marquee above the logo ended at 1,715 €, and the ten spots together at 7,018 €, 278 percent of the laptop.
3
Supply and scarcity
Scarcity and inventory analysisTen spots, physically fixed, and a hard close on 9 September 2026. Until then every spot can be resold by outbidding, so the same ten spots were sold 111 times. After the close there is nothing left to sell, which is why the creator opened a waiting list for a white-label version.
4
Growth loop
Viral loop analysisThe launch post reached 4.3 million views, but the first day ended at 2,098 €. The Tom's Hardware article on 27 August did the rest: 88 of the 111 bids fell in the eight hours after it. Press was the multiplier; the buyers themselves posted little.
5
Defensibility
Moat and clone analysisNone in the mechanic. Brand My Mac Mini copied it the next day and sold one spot for $49; Travel Your Brand sold nothing. The moat was being the one the press wrote about, and that cannot be copied.
6
What can kill it
Failure mode analysisThe deadline ends it by design. Before that: a top bidder not paying the balance, the laptop never being shown in public, or a second wave of copies making journalists lose interest.
7
Why it works here
Editorial verdictA deadline on a physical object, plus one press article at the right moment. Take away the article and it is a 2,000 € project; take away the deadline and it is Brand My Tesla, which sold 3 of 19 slots.
